How it works:
Reserve your exclusive slot below (limited per show).
Meet our drone team at our designated spot on the back right of the lawn (near Stand 3) at your scheduled time. For safety, we shoot from one fixed location, so you'll come to us. It's a short walk and the wide shot actually looks better from there.
We capture:
1 Close-Up Photo of your group
1 Cinematic Video panning back to reveal the Pavilion
1 Wide Aerial Photo of the entire scene

While our shows at Merriweather are rain or shine, our drones can only fly when it's not raining. We'll try to accommodate your group if it's just a passing shower. If there is heavy rain, we'll cancel and refund your reservation.

When you made your reservation you received a welcome email with a link to the folder. These should be available within 24 hours of your photos being taken. If you've misplaced your email, please email will@merriweatherphotos.com.
